The Chef's Tasting Menu that evening offered sumptuous dishes such as Simmered Lobster with Black Truffle Cream, Steamed Star Garoupa Fillets with Matsutake Mushrooms, and Wok-Fried Australian Wagyu Beef Cubes with Morel Mushrooms and Capsicum. The accompanying Shrimp Wonton Soup with Bamboo Piths had such depth in its flavors that I believe it to be the best wonton soup I've ever had the pleasure to enjoy. Now that's a bold statement in food-crazy Hong Kong!
